My experience with this Tim is always great! I receive my orders really quick. No long waiting time. As I am their regular customer so they know my order always😅They have variety of donuts and today I tried new tartelette and it tastes so good. Something new and different. Highly appreciate the efforts of team members serving their customers with great smiles!!!

Today I ordered an iced coffee but the staff made a hot one instead. I simply asked to add some ice to fix it, but the staff refused and showed a very poor and unhelpful attitude. I hope the café reviews their service to improve the customer experience.
