i'm really sad because today i came to order soup. after waiting in a long line when it was my turn, the lady answered very intermittently: no - then how long do i have to wait?- i don't know!!! with a very arrogant look on her face. if i could i would give her -10☆ even though the others did a great job. i know that when working we can have unpleasant things, but you can't put that in the hands of your customers

The most unprofessional tim Horton I've ever seen, the staff kept ignoring me, and when I asked for someone, they all laughed at my face, I've never felt so insulted at business place like this before.I left right away, this put a very bad taste in my mouth, enough to take the time of the day and give this review, and no, it was not busy, neither was the drive through.
Terrible, hire better staff that do the BARE minimum.

The employee who was working the night shift on Wednesday August 13th, clearly didn’t know what he was doing. We constantly had to repeat what we wanted to order because he couldn’t understand. I just wanted a basic iced vanilla latte and he had no clue how to make it. Clearly he was new and he was working alone. If he’s in training, why isn’t there someone else there to help him? He couldn’t understand us and he didn’t know how to make what we ordered.. very bad service.

Bad service and they’re actually incompetent like it’s not that hard to give the customer the things that they actually ordered and also stop telling clients to not wait at the window and to wait before the window that is annoying we don’t care if you guys are timed on the orders
