It's a donut place. Breakfasts are good. Donuts are great bit small compared to some other donut shops. Service is ok but could be improved.

Terrible service for mobile orders. Happening for the second time. They don’t care even after showing my order although my order is ready. Ignoring me until they are done wz all inside customers. Meanwhile i keep waiting and my order cools down. Tried for the second time, same frustration and never again

Slow service, regardless of time of day or how many customers or lack thereof. Staff seems to be too busy socializing rather than acknowledge customers. The topper is their lack of takeout handling/packing! I say this as on 3 separate occasions my breakfast boxes were placed in the paper bag sideways/upsidedown which obviously causes the box to leak, food to moosh and the paper bag to rip/fall apart due to the bottom being wet from the spilled food and liquids!

If I can put zero star I would very nasty restaurant this guy was putting food into this car with the tray they serve in the restaurant how is this hygienic clean if it was garbage the dumpster is right in front of him if it was for his personal use why is it in the tray they put the food on display for us to buy it was obviously for one of the other locations

The cup for Large ice Capp is getting smaller and even the top not as high as the usual, simply put they gave me less portion than they supposed to. Really disappointed and dissatisfied.

On of the worse service I received from a Tim Hortons, I order drive thru, first the cups were dirty and I was on with it, although it wasn't secured in the holder and fell all over me in the car and the girl on the window just said oh maybe it wasn't closed properly and gave me napkins. And said have a great day. Like what kind of service is that? I am not sure what describ that. Not sure if she was expecting me to ask her for a replacement and that is something I will never do. I just won't come back again.

i ordered a bagel this morning from tim hortans ... it had a plastic in my bagel and cream cheese. its by far the worst tim hortans on decari probably montreal.. they need to hire new workers the workers are rude and disgusting and clearly dont know how to make a bagel without plastic.
