The only bad and rude experience we had in Montreal… other than all the warm and welcoming experience we had on our trip to Montreal.The staff is outride rude and ignorant and lacks basic courtesy… would have give no stars but need to give in order to put a review. Tims management you need to do better with this particular outlet.

I will start by saying that this location is not the worst location. It can be fast at times but other times it could be better. The staff is really nice.
However, during their busiest times, they seem to not be able to coordinate very well in getting at the very least food orders done. I often see their queue screen beeping, and going over the measured time to have food ready. And often enough whenever I order ahead of time on the app, most of the time half my order will only be ready. Like I'll order a drink with a donut or a muffin and only the drink will be ready. And most of the time I'll have to stand there and wait for a staff to even look at me to see if I'm missing something or need anything. I would then have to call out to them and have someone finish up my order. Which I don't really like doing, but they tend to only go through all coffee orders before they even finish pick up orders. I figured ordering ahead of time is how you beat the lineup and you're able to get your order faster. But sometimes I can be waiting for at least 10 minutes before someone actually pays attention to me to finish my order.
Other than that, the staff are usually really nice, apologetic when it takes a while, and I can understand what they're going through because I work in a similar environment.

Anessa always remembers you and often has your order ready as soon as you walk in. Her cheerful hello instantly brings joy and positivity to your day!
