The service is sooooo bad almost every Tim Hortons I got to. I feel like the employees are teenagers who have 0 respect for a certain group of race. Anyways I am not going too deep on this, but my experience with the employees of most Tim Hortons in montreal is terrible. They need to be trained in cultural sensitivity and proper customer service.

On Google, it says that this Tim HORTONS is open and when I went there it was closed. Cherry on top, the employee was sleeping inside. Either, change your timings on Google according to the actual working hours or it was just the employee who forgot to open the store on time.

I’m a client of this team hortons since day one they open their door. All employees are fine except one that charges always 1$ extra for combo timatin. And instead of correcting her mistake, she keeps arguing instead of listening to understand my point. I had to different receipt for the same order with different price. Just no manners at all.

Great staff, great coffee ☕Clean café to hang out.One annoying thing: the door ? ?Maybe they should put a sticker to let people know which door to open. Every single customer has a hard time opening the right door.

Not many staff speak French, so poor understanding of orders and ultimately, if you don't check your order, there's a big possibility that you didn't get what you wanted. In summer, the fridges aren't cold enough, so the milk is no longer good. This Tim Hortons ? only to help out

The food here has been consistently pretty bad but today was the last straw when I received an english muffin covered in mold.Absolutely do not eat here. In fact just avoid Tim Hortons in general, as the whole company has been getting worse and worse for years with no respect for consumers.

Well I can't say much for the staff I was trying to be polite to and they just stood and stared at me. I ordered a double double like millions have before me and it took an unusual amount of time to make. It's a double double. Snap to it! I don't recommend the Bleury and de Maisonneuve location at all. I wondered how a Tim's could be inadequate in such a fashion.

A must-see place in Quebec, Tim Hortons with a wide choice of donuts ?, chocolate or even maple syrup messed with vanilla or caramel cream, the choice of coffees, filters or espresso etc...And above all an unbeatable price, $1.80 taxes included for a donut

Service was good. The girl at counter was polite and did not complain to give me an extra paper bag because they have sighed and rolled eyes at other Tims locations. This one she didnt. Timbits were fresh. There was a good variety available. They had the doughnut and tim bits thats chocolate with powdered sugar. I love that one but its hard to find.It was not too busy on a Friday at 2pm. Its located near the Place des Arts metro.Kid-friendliness: They have cookies and doughnuts so pf course kid friendly.
