I see what Canadians online say about the quality of Tim Hortons going down hill. It's the Mcdonalds of Canada but the quality is tough. I just ordered a watery, not fresh decaf drip coffee. I believe the chain needs to start reinvesting. Price was really low though which was the redeeming part.

Preparing my order took such a long time .. and I had horrible service here..
The workers have no clue they work at Tim Hortons.. and how to do their jobs.. it seems like they have never received training for customer service.. the person serving here was very rude..

deserts are always stale and they never get your drink order right, the last time I came here I ordered a mango frozen lemonade which took 10 minutes for me to get and a maple cream doughnut which didn't have any filling!
