I originally thought that maybe it was just not possible to add whipped cream on the biscoff lattes if it was hot & in a to-go cup even if the app said it included it, but I then found out it is in fact supposed to come with it so I guess I was just not given the whipped cream this time. The rest of the drink was fine and I understand the store was probably busy when I ordered, I was just disappointed I didn’t get my favourite part of the drink that I paid for

Asked for a latte at 8:45pm, I was in a rush as my bus was in 5 minutes. It took them 7 and they didn't give me a latte. It was an americano. Worst place I've spent money in my stay during Montreal. I had to put my own Heavy cream in it.
