Worst Tim Hortons I've seen in my life. If you decide to order your crap here, there's always just one cashier who makes your coffee, your bagel and gets paid at the cash register, then the other staff are behind the store. Then if you decide to order on Ubereats for pickup, it goes quickly, either they ban orders or they put everything sold out when it's 9 a.m. why are there no bagels or croissants every day on Uber Eats? …. They don't have 3 stars for nothing

Very disappointing experience. I ordered two smoothie lattes, and to my surprise, they were served without whipped cream and it was dripping on the outside. We wiped it down. I kindly asked to have the order remade, but I was told that it was what I had ordered, without trying to resolve the situation. The service really lacked tact and professionalism. I'm not one to complain, but this was really frustrating.
