Staff is super respectful and does their best to serve you. There's a man seeking alms outside sometimes, he can seem forward but very respectful and nice guy. You may need to be gentle and firm :)

Was at this location Friday March 15th, went to order a Iced Cap, and used scan and pay for the order. Was charged double for the item. Then spoke with the employee that my bank was charged twice, the lady did not apologize or care for the inconvenience for me. I asked if there was anything she could do, a refund, another product item within the same price amount (3.44$) or someone I can speak with. She said No, offered no solution, no apology, did not care at all. I asked to speak will the manager since she was unwilling to help. she said she works tomorrow morning. So i will call tomorrow and see if the manager can fix this issue and hopefully address that employees should be trained to deal with these issues with positive attitude. Yes it’s only 3$ However there should be some type of solution a regular team member can solve with good attitude . Not a good experience, will not return.the counter staff member was also hesitant to give managers name.

I asked for a breakfast croissant with bacon and sausage..I paid for both meats..I got in my car and left for work and when I arrived at work a few minutes later...They forgot to put the sausage in again...If it's not the sausage he forgets to put in... it's the bacon...Every two or three days it happens in a few Tims where I pass on the road..This has happened to me several times over the past two months.. ?TABARNAC.. IT’S NOT COMPLICATED TO PUT TWO MEAT IN THE CROISSANT.. TABARNAC..?

Asked for 2 bagels with cream cheese. Gave 2 plain croissants instead because she was lazy to do her work. Once we discovered what was in the bag, she apologized and said it was impossible to serve us bagels with cream cheese at this hour. AVOID AT ALL

A total lack of customer service... Only one person seems to speak French and it's the cashier. If you ask another person a question, everyone will just ignore you and pretend you're not there.The chicken bowl is a ridiculous complement, there is also a cut in the container... I have never received such a small and ridiculous bowl... The employees at this tim are very unsmiling and far from being pro-active...

It's been 2 times that I come on the weekend the services are long they are 2 to 1 box instead of taking 2 boxes and there are people waiting until the door plus it's 10:30 a.m. there is no egg I waited 10 minutes for 3 tim

Came in Sun. July 2nd and the girl working there thinks it ok to pick up her phone with the sanitary gloves and then proceed to continue touching food with them. This place needs a fine from the health department. Meanwhile 5 people waiting in line while she stands there talking on the phone. She could have been making my coffee but nope, the phone is more important. Watched a girl in line walk away without ordering due to it taking so long. The manager needs to train or fire this girl!!!

This story: THE RUDE GUY!The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. Unbelievable! It was my first time using the Tims app and had a couple of offers activated but no clue how to use them at the counter. There is this RUDE GUY with zero customer service skills at the cash! So I asked him how to use it and he was like, I don’t know! Well you’re supposed to know! NO it’s not my job and that’s it!!Alright, is there anyone who can help me with that? Sir NO and that’s it!! Finally a lady who worked there helped me with that. I just filed a report about him calling Tim Hortons Contact Guest Services! I’m gonna talk to the manager as well when they’re back from vacation.
