We stayed at the Hampton Hilton Montreal Downtown for 4 nights recently. We ate at the Tiramisu restaurant three times while there. The food was delicious each time and the staff were fabulous. They went over and above to make sure the food addressed my celiac but also other food intolerances. They cooked everything in a clean pan so cross contamination didn’t happen. I had chicken, potatoes and a huge green salad. I had no issues on any of those visits and would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone with food allergies. Oh, and I even got a nice email from the executive chef Julien! What service!!!
I will most definitely be back!

Worst experience ever! I live in the area and decided to to go for a nice lunch, wow, what a waste of time, and a terrible experience. Walked in and only 2 tables were occupied, the place was empty. Great, I thought, my food will be quick.
I order from the lunch items, a Margeurita pizza and a glass of wine. 40 minutes later, no lunch, no pizza? I call the server and to which he says "oh there was a problem with the oven, won't be long" and walked away.
20 more minutes go by, no lunch pizza?! No replenishing of water, nothing, no explanation. I ask to speak to the manager, and she comes along with the lunch pizza.. and says "sorry but not my fault.." I asked her if she knew how long I'd been sitting here, in an almost empty restaurant, ignored, with no lunch? She answered, "yes I think an hour... but we'll comp your lunch".. and walked away.
No one replenished my water, no one asked if I needed anything, nothing. At this point I'm the only customer in the restaurant, eating a lukewarm pizza, with no water in my glass.
Irresponsible service!
This restaurant should really look at their service and attitude towards customers. My friends are staying at the hotel, I will not be recommending this restaurant. A waste of time, and horrible experience.
It seems the quality has slightly declined since opening.

Service is great. Friendly but not too much. Efficient and always there when you need something.
What stood out was the food. The branzino was amazing and so were the pasta, the tuna tataki and carpaccio we had. I was somewhat reluctant to see Italian with a Japanese twist but the chef really knows what he's doing. You can taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients. Two thumbs up.
Cocktails were good. The wine list is not very long but our waiter found something that paired well with our dishes.
Despite going there on a busy Friday night, the noise level was pretty low. You can have a conversation without raising your voice.
Would I go back? Yes. In a heartbeat.
I had previously tried their pizza. It's really good too. Perfect for a quick bite.

I ordered the toast for brunch and, what a disappointment! Too expensive for what it is. My friends had the French toast which is quite good even if the taste is very rich…
