You know, nowadays, waiters being pleasant are quite rare. Yet that’s what makes a restaurant welcoming and an experience you want to repeat. In the case of the tiramisu, we had a waitress with the name, perhaps, of Virginie? We don't know, she didn't tell us, we deduced it from the name written on the invoice. At first, no smile, we were asked if we were ready to order, not even by the time we finished our sentence that she had left. When we ask a question, it's very brief, without really giving an answer in the end, without being able to ask another little question that it's already gone. No interest in we say... telling you that this makes the customer not very uncomfortable (individually regarding the six people around the table in our case). We no longer wanted to speak with the waitress, because her neutral, non-friendly look and her dry answers accentuated by impatience made our evening more unpleasant. To give you an idea, I had difficulty ordering my glass of wine without feeling like I was disturbing the person serving us. You know, I find it sincerely sad to write this comment, because I am a waitress myself and my goal is not to cause harm, but sometimes it doesn't work, it's too much to say nothing, the service must be at least followed please. I'm not someone who makes that kind of comment, but being served the way we were can't happen. I try to be constructive despite the experience we had. We tried to speak with someone else to get another waitress, but in vain, he went to talk to our waitress, jointly out of friendship, they laughed (to our great surprise) at the situation, then the Same waitress came and answered us with a condescending tone. You know, sometimes you just have to accept that it's not working and make things positive by changing the situation, or ask what's wrong, or make sure your client is simply happy. I wish the next ones that the experience of the service will be different from ours in a better way. The food was good, the atmosphere subdued, beautiful place (like the last time we went, because yes, it was my second time (I already liked it), but maybe my last (it's crazy like service makes the difference)). Oh and for a party, they offer a cake with a candle, which the waitress did not come to carry herself in our case. Oh and as you just read, yes it was my celebratory dinner unfortunately. Not to mention, the argument that the waitress was overwhelmed with too many customers is not valid, since the restaurant was not at full capacity, she even had time to talk with other servers and laugh with them, it's disappointing, we would have liked to have this pleasant side of the person. In any case, a little smile is not supposed to never appear during a full evening. Oh and know that after paying the bill she left without saying anything, no thanks, no contact, I have honestly never seen that anywhere else. The star stars given to Tiramisu are only for the food and the ambiance, but I can't give any for the service; this is why the average, and therefore the total result, is low, one of the key elements was not present…

I came here for a friend’s birthday. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They help some folks with the menu and took the time to explain them how the food was prepared. If you come here you have to try one of their pizza especially mamma mortadella it’s honestly one of the absolute best pizza I’ve ever had. I will be coming back for more.

We went to dinner for a friend's birthday. The place is quite nice, the food is good but it is more casual than expected. The dessert is excellent!!!

Came in around 9pm and they had a sign saying “please wait to be seated” so I stood there waiting for someone. 15 minutes of me just standing there and no one came, one of the guests that walked by even thought I was an employee. Left the restaurant after. Terrible experience.

I had a wonderful brunch experience! This place is easily accessible, steps away from the metro station. We had a table next to the window and it made our brunch experience even better watching the busy street while snowing!I can’t say enough about the food as the Poché O Niku was surprisingly amazing and the Pain Doré Misu is just perfect. The vibes were really nice on Saturday and the staff were fantastic. One thing to improve is the coffee as the café latté and the filtered coffee were not so good.

I was pretty disappointed by the food, it's supposed to be Italian-Japanese fusion, but I found it mostly Italian, with some subtle notes of Japanese, and everything tasted watered down. The meatballs were poor, too tender, lacking depth in a tomato sauce that was muted. I had their al ragu pasta, the noodles themselves were rustic and gummy, with the ragu sauce having a subtle hint of traditional Japanese curry, but it was overall tasteless, and it wasn't a lot of food, considering it was pasta.I enjoyed the tiramisu, the restaurant holds true to its name, and it's a decent portion. Though the ladyfingers in the middle were a little soggy. It really feels like this restaurant cuts corners on everything, and charges extra on top.

I went there to get some brunch my friend and I wasn’t a big fan of the food. The decor was nice but the food left me unimpressed. I’ve also gone back for a second try with my boyfriend and the food wasn’t all that great the time as well.Other than the typical coffee it’s not a place I’d highly recommend. I wasn’t impressed

Nice place, ok service. The food wasn't bad but the price, quantity and quality ratio is absolutely not worth it.I went there for brunch. I ordered a dish for $25, I was very disappointed by the quantity and quality of it. The dish is made up of two small slices of foccacia, a little rocket salad and a tablespoon of tomato bacon. No problem in terms of taste but when you look at the ingredients and the quantity it really becomes ridiculous. The cocktail I had was ok. In short, two people after tips $105 for two drinks and two dishes and still hungry.

My experience at Tiramisu was okay, I went for supper and I got a burrata entree, margharita pizza and the pasta picante. The burrata was very good, the rest was good too, but it wasn't wow. The service was good, but we got sat at a table that wasn't stable and it kept moving while we were eating which was very annoying. Also, we were in a narrow ally and many people passed behind my chair so I wasn't very comfortable. The food came out quickly which is nice. Overall it was okay, not wow I would recommend to try it out.
