La Estrela Restaurant made my birthday truly unforgettable! From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting ambiance set the perfect tone for the evening. The staff went above and beyond, offering personalized service that made me feel special. The food was incredible—authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The highlight was their signature Bacalao dish, which was cooked to perfection. They even surprised me with a complimentary dessert, which was the cherry on top of a perfect celebration. Highly recommend for any special occasion!

For appetizers I shared the calamari with my brother and they were perfect. Not greasy at all and very tender. The clam chowder which was very flavourful and not too heavy. The same can be said about the seafood bisque. For the main, I had the cod. Very good. My only complaint was it was oily but that was due to the nature of the sauce. Everything on the plate tasted very good. My father had the sea bass and my mother the blackened cod. Both adored their meals and polished their plates.Wait staff was very kind and polite and offered recommendations and help at every turn. They came often with water and to check up on us.Atmosphere is great in this restaurant. The lighting is good, the place settings are nice, the decor is appropriate and tasteful. Tables are well spaced out and it is not too busy. One major plus is the chairs are very comfortable. More so than other restaurants I’ve been to.Overall this was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place for any sort of celebration or for a date night
