Saturday 15:00 service: 7 people take 10 minutes to be passed at the CASH , kitchen closes at 14:00(no visible notice for the visitors) , I wasn't asked if I want it to go or for here, 3 people behind the bar, takes +- 8 minutes to get a short espresso out.

Tommy Cafe is such a gem! The carrot cake was absolutely delicious and fluffy – so fresh and perfectly sweet. The brownie was rich, chocolatey, and super yummy. And the lattes were just perfect! The whole vibe of the place was so calm and chill, making it ideal for catching up with my friend. We could just relax and chat, and it felt like hanging out at home. The cozy ambiance, paired with a lovely view, made it a memorable visit. I’d totally recommend Tommy Cafe for anyone looking for a cozy spot with amazing treats!??

I judge a Tommy Cafe by how well they prepare the Lox (avocado toast with salmon, and I add an egg). Based on that metric, this one passes. It was good, but I would’ve liked more onions, capers, and seasoning. Bread held when picked up. Points on presentation. Non-Lox: staff is friendly, but not personable like I’ve experienced at other cafes, including other Tommy’s. Service time was reasonable. Space has some seating, not a lot; tables were shared between different parties. Decor has some charm;’still far from Old MTL OG. My only real gripe with the Tommy spawns: no cold brew or iced coffee (Iced Americano isn’t the same… it’s warm-to-lukewarm watery coffee with rapidly melting ice). Why do they do this to the gays? Tsk, tsk…

The chai latte is very good!
The service is very good too!
I do not recommend Italian pastries which are quite dry!
On the other hand, the cookies and cakes are quite generous and good!
The prices are nevertheless very high!
It's a shame !

Flat white is pretty garbage. Too much milk, awful foam, too hot. Might as well go to Starbucks and save a buck.
The setting is nice, the prices are somewhat high. The service is average, the people who work there were chatting and laughing among themselves, and making customers wait before taking orders.

They made us move at 5 PM stating that they want to close the second floor for cleaning. Well, clean after hours!!!
One of the best place for sandwiches

Food was okay, but prices were high.
Not sure if we caught it on an off day, but the upstairs was kind of dirty. Seats and tables upstairs were broken and the bathroom was a little grimy. Service was very friendly.

This place is great.
There is a second floor where there is more space for someone to sit down or work. Lots of windows which provide natural light and makes the place feel a lot more spacious.
There's clean washrooms, free Wi-Fi and good furniture selection. Definitely a place I would like to frequent if I were to work on my laptop.
