Staff are very friendly. Food was great(western omelet with toast and coffee). If you are staying in the hotel no need to go anywhere else for breakfast.

We had a group of six staying in two rooms for the Canadian Grand Prix. The rooms were spacious, had a fridge and coffee machine and continental breakfast included with our stay. The rooms were very clean and the beds were made daily and fresh towels replaced. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. We loved the proximity to the Metro right outside the hotel and the restaurant and mall across the street. It's a great value for your buck. I would stay there again.

Let me start by saying it didn't start off good. The first room we had smelled awful and we found a used earplug on the pullout couch, plus crumbs. I went to the front desk and they promptly changed our room. The second room was much better and cleaner. The queen bed my wife and I slept on was quite comfortable, and that is saying a lot as I suffer from back issues. They also provide breakfast but I was under the impression it was supposed to be just a continental breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised there is a small section of the much larger menu that includes a free hot breakfast that includes 2 eggs ( any way) with a choice of bacon, sausage or ham. Plus they offer french toast. Juice is extra. The eggs were cooked properly but I preferred their scrambled. The maid service only came to clean our washroom while we were there. Since we were there for 3 nights, I couldn't say if they would do better for a longer stay. The location is great as there is a subway station right beside the hotel and a mall across the street. Overall it was a good stay.

This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. The hallway smells like p**** literally, stains on the carpet and walls, the main area of the room looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months; stains on the curtains and the carpet, The bathroom had mold and hairs everywhere. The shower has shampoo and residue everywhere. The picture is what was on the desk just by using hand sanitizer and a mask to clean it. NEVER STAY HERE

Good: Location: close to subway station and shopping mall with restaurants. Cleanliness: room looked well prepared. Reception staff: professional and efficient. WiFi: reliable. Bad: Bathroom, despite looking clean and fresh was stinking. I do not know what it was, maybe hidden mould or something from plumbing. Air conditioner: too loud, even on slowest fan setting. Could be turned off, but you cannot open the windows. TV: no channel list provided.

I would've given this place 2 stars, hadn't been for the very nice staff, and the great location across the mall and directly on the metro stop. The room was very musty, and the AC didn't work properly. Bed was ok, but pull out couch was a bit rough. And at $400/night for this average at best accommodation, completely overpriced!

Un superbe buffet italien préparé par La Cena pour notre réception du 25 juillet. C’était délicieux! Hot dog italien, viandes froides, pizza, salade d’orzo, légumes grillés, fromages, etc., et un succulent dessert.

We were two families booked two rooms on August 1st night and stayed here for a night with small children and teens. We all had a wonderful experience. Check-in / Check-out were very smooth. The hotel management has taken measures to ensure maintenance of covid standards. Parking is free and very easily available. There are lots of food / shopping places nearby. Highly recommended.
