Delicious banh mi. Will try their soups next time

Total disappointment. We used to eat it more often when we lived in Saint-Henri. I went today and for 2 bahn mi (a pork and a vegetarian) and a roll more than $43 it's still a sandwich. My husband didn't find the pork at all good, we gave it to the dog and the veggie and homemade tofu was absolutely not edible. In short, it's unfortunate for the travel from the south shore to Montreal for this type of product, which is in no way satisfactory in terms of quality or flavor.

It's 4 p.m. and it's closed. We checked Google carefully before going there. Big big disappointment

Very clean, very nice employees and the food is delicious. Everything is homemade in the Vietnamese family traditions. Congratulations to the Tran team! ?

1st ill say service was excellent, got the beef pho and i have to say i was really disappointed. I went there after reading all the reviews so i had high expectations. I was expecting authentic pho but its definitely not authentic, they use chicken broth as a base instead of a bone broth , not even a hint of ginger or anis , no tripe. The beef was really chewy and not much noodles. The soup wasn’t horrible its just a watered down cheap Canadian version. Dont go here if you want pho you , you will pay 21$ plus tax to be left wishing you had made a better choice

The restaurant was under ran, they didn’t have enough staff on the long weekend. Two guys and a full restaurant serving take out and dine in service, is a recipe for poor operations. Didn’t like that unless I explicitly asked for the 19$combo then I was charged regular price for my two items, some would argue it’s only 2$ but it’s the premise. The Banh mi was decent, more attention to where they applied the sauce and pâtés, since the bun is so thick and fluffy it undersized the toppings making the sandwich dry, however even saucing to the edge of the bun would fix this or sourcing a smaller bun so you can overfill with toppings.

Honestly, this was one of the worst pho bowls I've ever had. The meat slices were so tough they were almost impossible to chew so i don’t recommend it.

Tran makes the best banh-mi and pho in town. So sad they're no longer operating in the Mile-Ex.
