I loved my experience, everything was good the food the atmosphere the fact that there are 2 floors which makes more room the staff is kind and courteous I really recommend and the iced matcha is excellent! I went back to try more of your delicious dishes :)

The green tea and the ice cream were pretty good. The matcha cake that I ordered sadly tasted just average.
I have been here many many times. But today I learnt something new, never never order a drink with no ice in here, otherwise you will get a drink less than half a cup. There is no exaggeration and I understand normally no ice drink would be a bit less, that’s okay. But seriously less than half a cup for $8 Macha yuzu?

I rarely write a review on Google, but it has to be said this time.I bought 4 matcha choco tarts and 2 matcha cheese cakes last Thursday for a goodbye party, because I was leaving my job. I dared to go buy the special dessert at Tsujiri for my dear colleagues and it was the first time (and last time) that I brought something from my own pocket. I even called in the morning to make a reservation to be sure to get the choco-matcha tart, because it was the best and my favorite pastry at Tsujiri. In the evening, after the meal, I brought out the dessert with pride. My colleagues take photos, WOWs, smiles, impressed by the beauty of the pie, but when they put the first piece of the pie, there was awkward silence. No one speaks, no comments are made. The choco matcha tart was not edible!! It only tasted like concentrated matcha, no chocolate flavor. One of them even gave half to the other colleague, saying that she doesn't really like matcha even though she didn't say that when I asked her before buying. I didn't know what to say myself, because it was just bitter, no pleasure on the palette. Also, I didn't feel good after 2 small bites. From experience, I know that it is too strong a concentration of matcha. I have never been so embarrassed in my life!! I am angry that "the moment" to present the flavor of my country and to express my thanks to my colleagues was spoiled (also, the taste of good food and good wine was also spoiled by the pie!!) and that I made myself experience the grip on the last day with my team! Plus, I spent over $30 on four small pies. (Over $40 with two cheesecakes, which almost served to clean our mouths and we didn't even finish.). The evening was over, and the next day, still feeling embarrassed, I apologized to my colleagues. I can't do that goodbye party again, which was supposed to end with a good feeling, but at least I want a refund!
