Really bad. The flavors are so distant from what Mexican food is supposed to taste like it crazy that this restaurant exists. How does someone go through the trouble of opening a restaurant without tasting the food and realizing wow this doesn’t taste like Mexican food at all. Service is really bad and the servers who make the food have no concept of how to proportion the ingredients.

VERY disappointed by the rude worker at the Cathecart location. Stood in line for 10 mins while the family in front took forever to order all their burritos, to have her closing the gates in my face as I got to the front, never having even said they were going to close. I was just running for food before a long train ride and it was only 3pm on a Monday! If she’d at least had the politeness/common decency to tell me before I wasted that time so I now don’t get to order anywhere, but she was very rude about it too, having stepped all around me while I had been clearly waiting but without saying a word .
Now I’ll never be back!

Smallest, flatest burrito I've ever seen and its 17.75$, the guy put like 2 little spoonfuls of beef. Last time I went the girl loaded it up, this guy must be the manager trying to cut corners and save money. Well you won't save money if people stop coming to eat there and if you have 2.5 star google review...

For a fast fast food place is clean and fast with very good service. Not a lot of variety, but good enough. Food is decent. Variety of drinks as well. Natural taste indeed ( as in bland ) but when you add some hot ? sauce is ok ! Overall, a good choice within Place Ville Marie. Verdict : give it a try.
Went there in the evening and ordered the pork bowl. The food itself didn't have much taste and they put too much sauce in the bowl (I guess to compensate the lack of taste). Everything was cold. The positive points are the generous quantity, not too much rice and lots of veggies. The service was okay.

Burrito was ok. Ingredients were fresh but tortilla was not crisp when heated. As u can see more soggy.Huge could not finish and because it was soggy there was no point in trying to save it for later.Ok good for food court- probably would not try again.
disgusting, which mexican place dosent give the option to GRILL there burrito, instead they offer to MICROWAVE it so it soggy and gross. let alone haf the time, the meat is like dogmeat.
