I ordered a biscuit, which turned out to be rock hard. I went back to the counter to try to find a solution (reheat, exchange), but I was told very curtly that they did not have an oven for reheating and that there was nothing more they could do for me, that in two minutes the biscuit would be warmed to room temperature and would be soft. That wasn't true at all, he remained just as hard and dry.

Excellent latte! Impeccable service with a smile... I forgot to mention that it was to bring and the barrista made me a new coffee... I wouldn't have minded if he poured the one from the cup into a glass to avoid waste though... Next time, I'll try a biscuit, they looked delicious!

The cortado was also rich and smooth. The service was efficient and the staff were friendly. The seating areas are quite open and a window seat is perfect to take a moment to enjoy a small indulgence.

Worst experience because of one barista there who gave me and my boyfriend attitude for ordering his drink and said “What, you still want your drink or what?” Not even saying where his drink was going to be because how are you going to silently serve a drink without saying it’s ready?? I asked if they had iced espresso only to give attitude again and say, “No duh we have everything.” Just don’t spend money on mid drinks knowing it will go to this one barista with such an attitude.

2 frozen chocolates, but not mixed. Not great.
Mocha not very good either.
In short, this tunnel will not leave us with fond memories.
