On November 1st 3pm, I ordered two cups of Earl Grey tea from the seller at the counter, but she gave us camellia tea instead. When I asked her to correct the order, she insisted it was Earl Grey, as if I couldn’t tell the difference, and suggested adding more water if I didn’t like the taste. Her friend standing nearby confirmed it was Earl Grey and offered to add milk. Despite paying, I left the tea on the counter because she refused to change it.

Skip this place - terrible service, and bad coffee. If I had wanted a flat white, I won’t have ordered a cappuccino.
The only saving grace is the occasionally nice live music from the piano at Indigo.

Terrible service today post lunch - server withheld receipt on request and proceeded to prepare a really bad cappuccino. Very unfortunate… I enjoy tunnel espresso at the Eaton-PVM underpass and Gare Centrale, but this is unacceptable.

The flat white was too watery for me, but otherwise the carrot cake was really tasty and the atmosphere was great.

It’s nice to have this option in West Island.Coffee is good, I just wish the barista would be more open to simple “customizations” like more/less milk, adding sugar while making the drink and not after, etc. They offer a variety of delicious baked goods but you never know what is available until you get there.I like the sitting area, nice spot to stop after doing some shopping at Indigo

Mediocre coffee spot in downtown Montreal. Service was mediocre, full of bad attitude. The coffee and hot chocolate were ok but overpriced.
The new cranberry & lemon cookie is absolutely fantastic! I wish I grabbed more than just one! 💛⚜️
Coffee and books, prefect combination.

Love it one day hate it another day! Unfortunately, it’s not consistent at all. On top of it, it’s on the pricey side..I order flat white as usual. The first time I had it, it was deliciously smooth. Yesterday, we ordered two flat whites, they were not good and the two flat whites were not even the same..I feel like, it’s by chance. If you have a good barista making your coffee, you get good coffee. If not, you get frustrated. Hope you are on your lucky day :)

Don’t get tricked by this tiny location, they make bomb espressos! Great service here if compared to the Time Out one, but barely any pastries available (they were about to close so I understand).
Love this cute little coffee shop inside Indigo in Place Montreal Trust. I ordered the mocha and it was delicious! The spots to sit and work or read aren’t many but it’s a nice decor and the barista is very friendly.

WOW! qualité, efficacité, authenticité!! ...& la meilleure rentabilité au pied-carré des sous-terrains à Montréal.
