I went there for breakfast. It was okay. But when it was time to pay, I waited for a long time. The waitress was checking on other clients near me for payment, but I was just left there waiting. The other waiter ended up coming to help. I stayed there longer than it should, but eh, they could also just be busy.

I went here for breakfast this morning. I was not impressed with the service.

The waitress brought me coffee. She didn't leave any cream or milk and disappeared, so I ended up having to go to another table to get some. She didn't bring a spoon, so I ended up stirring my coffee with a butter knife. She did not offer water which would have been appreciated.

There is not a lot on the menu that I can eat because I'm vegetarian. When the waitress came to take my order, I asked if I could order the classic breakfast. I told her that she could charge me for the 1 meat but that I would like some fruit in it's place (since rhere's no option for a classic breakfast without meat.

The breakfast says that toast, potatoes and tomatoes are included in the price. The waitress dropped a plate in front of me that had two eggs on one side of the plate, a space, and a pile of fruit on the other side. I asked her were my potatoes and tomatoes were. She tells me that you get either potatoes or fruit. I ask her to see the menu again. She reads it and brings me a side plate with potatoes. She acts like I'm troubling her. I ask for ketchup. She hands me an almost empty bottle of ketchup. It's spattering everywhere since there's almost none left. My plate looks like a crime scene. She doesn't offer me a different bottle.

When I get my bill, I see she has charged me a higher price. She doesn't tell me this before or during the transaction.

I left this woman a 15% tip because I have fibromyalgia, and I didn't have the energy to have a dispute about basic customer service skills.

I went to the washroom after paying my bill. The toilets in the mobility reduced bathroom was clogged. The toilet paper was disintegrating in the toilet, so I have a feeling it's been clogged for awhile which means anyone with a disability can't go to the bathroom in this restaurant. The bathrooms also smell like mold.

Thankfully there is a decent selection of breakfast restaurants in the neighbourhood. There are other options.

The waitress who served me had long dark hair and a mole over her lip.

The worst coffee in Montreal, diluted in water...
Scrambled eggs? Barely the yellow broken...
Very thick bacon, they would save enough with thin bacon to no longer dilute the coffee...

I like to have brunch with my father in this restaurant because although there are a large number of restaurants in the surrounding area, Tutti Frutti offers a much more interesting menu, especially at lunch and dinner time, and it There is also a more pleasant, more friendly atmosphere. The service is also very nice. 👍🏼😉

Vegetarian options: It is possible to eat at Tutti Frutti if you are vegetarian.

Kid-friendliness: The menu has several choices likely to appeal to children and there are many dishes served with fresh fruit among other things, so quite good for their health!

The lady, very bad people, took away our student discount separately since we arrived, it was bad service, she served us reluctantly, a lot of discrimination against Latin people 😡🤬

We returned twice in December 2024 after four months without going.
Employees are poorly trained and informed. Unable to get a gift card with a free meal coupon for the year.

We went to Terrebonne this month and it was easy and quick.

I really have no interest in recommending your branch any more customer service.

The waitress hides to look at her cell phone, clearly not to be there the day after Christmas.

Enjoyed a breakfast meal here of crepes & your traditional eggs, sausage & toast. The coffee is good & the waitress will refill your cup when asked. Plenty of traditional diner foods to choose from & it has that very diner feeling despite being inside of a mall. Also there are usually coupons available to use to save a little cash!

Good meal, I think the waiter was on his first try, he forgot my toasts and they were brought to me quickly afterwards 😅. I love their potatoes 🥔.

Food was okay, the milkshakes are straight up milk and whipped cream. The servers looks like they dont want to be here and that you being here is an incovenience to them. She sat us down, not offering water, took our order and left, no smile and a bit over it. When the food was ready, she just put the plates down in front of us and left, not saying anything. When came time to pay, we still left a small tip (around 10% on a 60$ bill) even tho we didn't like our service we stil wanted to give her somethig and when she took the machine back, she said "bye" and went back quickly to show her coworker the tip. Then, before we left, they were both talking very loudly about the "audacity to only leave 5.90$ tip" and staring at us while we left. Honestly, just because of that, i would've went back and get that tip back if i could. Very dissapointed.
