Bon choix d'entrées (hamichi au chimichuri, tataki de boeuf très tendre) et de spécialités. Nous avons particulièrement aimé le rouleau "surf n turf", délicieux! Bon service. Nous sommes allés un vendredi soir et l'endroit n'était pas trop bondé, donc plutôt paisible. On aurait aimé avoir quelques choix supplémentaires de saké.

One of the best Sushi restaurants in Montreal. Quality, taste and presentation of the Sushi was amazing. Extremely attentive and friendly staff also. Soy wrapped rolls was a welcome change over seaweed. Amazing sushi!

Superb experience. The service was quick and the food very tasty. The only thing I would recommend is to perhaps correct the multiple spelling mistakes in the menu so that it is more adapted to our province and the language we speak there.

We went to the UME this Thursday evening with my boyfriend, and the atmosphere was rather calm. The service was pleasant. We ordered 3 dishes, the sushi was excellent, moose and quality fish. The sauces were delicious, the dishes well presented and the wait normal. We also tried the Crispy Chicken Noodles from the new menu, a bit disappointing compared to the rest, but the quantity was much more generous for the price. To conclude, very good restaurant overall, I can't wait to go back to try the other sushi.
