I've only been to this place three times and it was a few years apart, the first time food and service were excellent, second time, although we made a reservation, they put us next to the door and it was freezing all night since people were coming in and out. Food was amazing though! The third time service was not great at all, it took us at least 30 minutes before someone came to see us for drinks and it looked as if we were bothering the staff more than anything. If they don't appreciate reservations at 20h30 it's not our fault it was the only option available. Food was still amazing! So all in all an amazing vegan restaurant, very good cocktails, with variable service.
Beautiful, lively restaurant. It’s appreciated that it’s open on a Monday evening. The young clientele of Mile-Ex is very present. The meal was excellent but I would have appreciated a much hotter ramen broth.

Very nice restaurant with a cozy atmosphere with quality service. The food was very good and the drinks too, although the latter were quite expensive for the size. Too bad there is no wine by the glass.
portions are HUGE!! The atmosphere is so chill and nice, but the service takes the golden star. Food is good :) TRY THEIR DONUT! Will come back for the appetizers, looked unreal

Very well placed. Friendly service. I spoke with the batiste who prepared the cocktails. The food was quite surprising and not easy to eat. The ramen had a very thick sauce and fried champion enoki on top. Absolutely not practical to eat, I committed the sacrilege of sticking my chopsticks in it. The cocktails are very (too) expensive but they are good and original in taste and composition.

I couldn’t wait to taste the star truffle ramen. It was a big disappointment for my friends and me. Far too copious, ingredients put together without really understanding the harmony. What can we say about the service and the delay in the kitchen, it took 1 hour before we got our starters. In short, not a great experience. The place is beautiful and it's lively, but for the price and the service I won't go back.

I just tried Umami during the Ramen Ramen festival and it’s a great discovery! The place is very beautiful, nice cocooning atmosphere. The coconut cocktail is so good ? And the truffle ramen dish, really good! ? I recommend 100%!
