I came to receive a nice warm cheese tart & when i received it i received bad customer service & cold cheese tart . He would not warm it up or accommodate to me or help after i spent my money . If i could give 0 stars I would . Not to mention it is 5pm and he told me they were made this morning .

I really used to like Tetsu cheesecakes. But at this particular location I have been twice to purchase a full cheesecake (about a month apart from eachother), and both times it had a chemical taste, similar to heated up wax or plastic. I am not sure if they're putting a hot cheesecake directly in the box from the oven, which may be leeching some chemicals.. not sure what it is... but this will be the last time I visit this location until they solve the problem.

When we picked up a cake for the kids, we brought it home with high hopes for dessert. It tasted wierd, like chemicals and wasnt fresh. I wont be buying from this location.
I have noticed the last two times I ordered from this uncle tetsu location that the cheesecakes are noticeably smaller than before - I’d say they’re a quarter smaller. I hate when companies try to squeeze a profit by lowering standards and quantity. The first time I thought it was just a one time mistake but now I can see this is deliberate.

DISASTROUS! WE ARE POISONED !?!Kind staff, lovely presentation and packaging, a perfect timing for a special request by my daughter for her birthday. But once the cheesecake was cut and served we started running to the toilet one by one spitting and vomiting.Horrible taste of bleach...
