I had a really disappointing experience at this location due to the poor customer service from the cashier. He had a long beard and seemed completely unable to communicate effectively in English, which made the entire transaction frustrating and confusing. Basic questions were not understood, and instead of trying to help, he appeared disinterested and dismissive.It’s essential for front-facing staff to have at least a basic grasp of English, especially when dealing with customers. This kind of service really brings down the overall experience and reflects poorly on the business. I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training or re-evaluates staff assignments.

The worst soggy burger ever, no onion or tomato on the burger, the fries were old and just re heated and looked like it was mangled in a nuclear explosion, I had to throw it away... never again... Wendy's and Burger King are a much better choice, bigger burgers and crispy fries and a soda for much less...

Additionally, my request for sautéed onions resulted in a mere teaspoon being added, which felt insufficient. The burger patty itself seemed more fried than grilled, imparting an unusual oily aftertaste that detracted from the overall flavor.
