Order placed on Uber: the worst I've had. Burger trio, with poutines. Soggy and aged fries, strong meaty smell and taste. Also on Uber they mention Buy one get one free for the product, nothing at all. All this for an order of $28 and which ended up in the trash because it was so inedible.

There appears to be a management problem at this restaurant. No planning during the festive weekend when the street was pedestrian. I place the order and once paid I am told that there is a 10 minute wait. In the end it was more like 30 minutes. Orders are managed by numbers but I was not given the number when ordering. I don't understand why there is such a wait for a fast food restaurant. The quality is average for the price. The fries are ultra salty and in small pieces fried on the bottom. The ketchup is in a jar found at the supermarket. The only positive point is that the toilets are clean. Anyway, I don't think I'll try this banner again
