Service was good, but the waiter gave me bk 59$ when I gave him 100$ and the bill was at 31$ , an now they say I lied ...
Honestly I felt compelled to write a review solely because of how great this place was. The prices were super reasonable, the atmosphere was perfect and represented the heart of Montreal. It was quite busy but our food did not take long at all and the service was excellent and speedy. 10/10 would recommend to anyone staying or passing through Montreal to eat here for a good breakfast.
Worst possible restaurant and breakfast. The « healthy breakfast » with guacamole and brown bread. Brown guac with excess of garlic, cheap ass bread, coffee’s bad, fruits are borderline ripe. NO QUALITY ingredients but still charges 20$ for a plate.
Tommy, he is the best breakfast morning server there is. To.ely, kind, funny and a human being who will cater to your needs. Don't know what you want? Tommy does! Serving sizes are huge, price is worth it. Food is quality. And, they use real syrup. Bud, I am a hick from the sticks...I know syrup. Tommy hands out a nice glass bottle with real liquid gold. Use as liberal as you need!

Absolutely appalling experience. I ordered a crepe and halfway through eating it, I noticed a foul, moldy taste and smell. On closer inspection, I discovered mold growing on the bananas.
Consumingmoldyy fruit isn’t just disgusting—it can be genuinely hazardous to your health. Some molds produce mycotoxins, which are toxic compounds linked to nausea, vomiting, respiratory issues, and even long-term liver or immune system damage. For people with asthma, allergies, or weakened immunity, it can trigger severe reactions or infections. The fact that this kitchen allowed such contaminated food to leave their pass is absolutely indefensible.
When I raised this with the staff, the waitress asked if I wanted something else “on the house.” Why would I take that risk again? I declined—there’s no way I’d trust anything else coming from a kitchen that serves spoiled, potentially harmful food.
To top it all off, they charged me full price. No responsibility. Just silent indifference.
Avoid this place at all costs. If moldy food is being served to customers, imagine what’s happening behind closed doors. This isn’t just bad service—it’s a public health concern.
Excellent breakfast
Overpriced less than average overrated place.
the staff was super friendly!
Food is very mid. My steak honestly looked a little sad. Also their portions are also small. The French onion soup was just okay nothing special.
