The food is very good, the service too. On the other hand, the stuck rice was so spicy that it was bitter! The sos weight was delicious the kid nothing to say! The turkey was perfect except there was too much neck piece! I recommend it to everyone just to check the taste of the pasted rice

Best griot in town!! I was hesitant to try a new place but WOW I was not disappointedThe dishes at Valde are great, the griot is fresh, tender and well cooked without being dry. The rice and sauce are incredible (but ask for an extra pot of sauce on the side because it is small)The white rice and pea sauce are also very good! The chicken is flavorful without being too dryTruly one of Montreal’s underrated cuisines! You won't be disappointed ?
