What a terrible service ever. I still wonder why this restaurant have lot of 5 stars. I have eaten a lot of Vietnamese restaurant and this one is one of the worst i have passed by. The server attitude is so so bad from first time, he bring out foods and throw in front of customers face like throw a rock, he dont say anything when bring food out. Dont even care if you need anything. The food is more expensive than other Vietnamese restaurant but the meat quantity and quality is also normal. At the end, i give no tip because the service is low-level. He ask for the tip and i said i dont like the service, he even want to call a manager out just for 2$ tip?? - This is Canada, we pay tip for good services. You can’t bring your attitude from your country to do the service here and require we pay an extra for that attitude. It is not mandatory - This is my first and will be my last time here - For all the customers who want to eat here. There are plenty of excellent Vietnamese restaurant out there. You dont need to come to the place that they don’t want to serve you. Respect your money and think again when come here

There no such thing like that in Canada, and i have tipped alot when i ate in several restaurant but no need for me to put on reviews. I saw alot of bad reviews for bad service of your restaurant as well. You should train your employees well rather than looking into my review history to judge the individual. If you still insist you have no problem with that service. Good luck with that business then.

Very good Vietnamese at an affordable price: Chicken from the famous general good and crispy, like the excellent No5, crispy noodles with seafood, excellent. Charming and discreet service. A bit raw atmosphere but hey we're ready for that!

This place is great. The menu stretches beyond Vietnamese to include some pan-Asian favourites. Everything is very fresh (including for delivery), the portions are generous, service is fast and friendly. Can’t ask for more!
I went there or ordered very often but the last time they were disrespectful and wrote me a note on the dish indicating the difference between beef and chicken because I asked to replace chicken with beef. I was one of the first customers when it opened, I spent thousands of dollars in your restaurant over 10-15 years and you treat me like this, a totally unacceptable gang of cheap guys!

I ordered on uber rare beef with limes and sprouted beans on the side, I received an INEDIBLE order, the noodles are stuck together it looks like pudding even when I add the broth, the meat is COOKED and rubbery, $20 for that I call the restaurant, explain the situation to the man on the phone, find it funny and say that the chef “made a mistake”. If I could give 0 stars out of 5, I would! ????
