I really liked my ice cream
Great artisanal ice cream for a fair price but that ramp is absolutely not ACA approved and is more dangerous than useful.
Always amazing quality!

The waitress looked stupid because the soft sorbet didn't hold together well and it fell out. She was about to insult us, I paid $23 for very unpleasant service. Never again for us thank you

I am a regular customer of Crèmerie Virevent and I go there every week to try the soft sorbet. Unfortunately, my experience on October 9 around 5 p.m. was very disappointing. The employee who checked us in was rude and cold, and seemed very angry for no apparent reason. This kind of attitude does not encourage returning, especially for loyal customers like us. It's a real shame because we normally really enjoy this place.

If you don't like your job, find another job. It’s not up to customers to put up with your frustration, my godness!

I discovered this ice cream about a year ago and have been going consistently as it’s a good ice cream shop in our neighbourhood and I enjoy to support local businesses and also Asian owned.
Last weekend event left me bitter…
We went around 8:30ish Sunday night. My brother and I both tasted two flavours each before picking up two medium sized ice cream cups. Usually, the cups are filled to the rim but this time, it was a smaller portion than usual. We didn’t say anything and went to pay and get an extra spoon because I was sharing my ice cream with my husband who was waiting outside with our baby. The owner made a comment about us taking too much time, which we didn’t and we had to fight to get an extra spoon. Despite the unusual service, we thanked her and left.
We sat outside and the owner followed us to let us know that her spoons are 7¢each and we shouldn’t have asked for another. Also she said that “asian clients usually taste a lot of flavours just to get a soft serve” which was not our case and also very judgmental and disrespectful of her to say that. Anyways, I’d like to give her the benefit of the doubt and that perhaps, she was having a bad day, but this visit definitely left us with a sour taste.

Excellent but missing the cookie dough ice cream. The prices are good and there are plenty of really good options. The line is long, for example.
Vegetarian options: There is slosh
Kid-friendliness: There are plenty of cone sizes and flavors for kids.

Their artisanal ice-cream is amazing! My coups de coeur were the vietnamien coffee and passion fruit-tamarind sorbet! The owner and staff are very courteous and families were flowing into the parlour non stop! What a great discovery!
