Last Saturday I went to Vivaldis’s restaurant and all I can say is WOW 😍. The waitress Jade took such good care of us. She was so attentive and made us feel at home, excellent service! For the main course I got the chicken casa, a salty, savoury, creamy masterpiece. Topped with sun-dried tomatoes to complete the sensory experience. For the desert I had the crème brûlée, crispy on the outside, giving stand offish vibes but on the inside she’s sweet and delicate like a ballerina performing a pirouette on the tip of your tongue. All in all I’d give it a 10 on 10. Well done guys!

Always delicious food. Great service. Lovely atmosphere. BYOB. It was a bit too loud for me though. I had a difficult time hearing the other three people I was sitting with at dinner, and I was sitting along the back bench area. I always try something new each time I go.. And this time they had a new selection in their desserts...strawberry almond cheese cake...WOW!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! So delicious, there was almond essence in the cheesecake filling, which was also not thick like a lot of the traditional cheese cakes. This one was lighter and fluffy, but not close enough to a Japanese cheese cake. And the strawberry sauce all over the top with the slivered toasted almonds was just... 'chef's kiss'! 💗 Love this restaurant. Every single time I go, the food is amazing! 👏

My husband and I have enjoyed Vivaldis for years. I understand everyone has bad days and I believe our waiter was experiencing one on July 1st. Very polite young man, however he accidentally knocked my glass of wine all over me. I was very understanding and felt bad for him. These things happen ( and it was white wine. No biggie)He was very apologetic and we proceeded through our meal.
I was slightly disappointed that we weren't offered some compensation be it a salad or coffee. To me I would consider this a lack of customer service.

The experience was very good. The staff is just amazing. We were with another couple and had a lot of trouble earring what the others said. The food was good but I would not have the veal again. It was chewy. The presentation was excellent. The temperature in the restaurant was quite warm. Overall, it was a good experience.

The staff left us for over 45 minutes at a time with no service and no check on what we needed. We ended up there for 3 hours for a group of 4 (no appetizers) The food wasn't what we expected.

Great tasting restaurant for a good price. I recommend the Gnocchi Gorgonzola 10/10, the gnocchi de la casa and the fried zucchini & calamari antipasto. Ambience is nice and the service is great. The BYOB is always a good thing.

For those who are frail and vulnerable to the cold. I would recommend to bring a light vest or sweater as it can be cold for those that are seated near the doors or windows of the restaurant. This of course is only for the coldest of winter days.

Excellent Italian restaurant! The food is impeccable and meets high quality standards from time to time. The biggest danger of giving this restaurant a good rating and the impact is that places are becoming more and more limited. Well done!!!
