There’s something about this Wendy’s that I like better than the other Wendy’s…. I think it’s the location, no buildings around, in front of metro, a lot of lights around, calming and noisy at the same time. Also the staff are welcoming and manager is nice.

The manager is so rude, she didn’t honour my allergy, apologized for not honouring it but still made me have a cheese breakfast sandwich. She said breakfast was done, but it wasn’t even the end of breakfast time as I got told they are done breakfast at 11am. It was 10:45 when we came and they were rude from the beginning. I had a coupon, they said it didn’t work and just tried ro make me pay the full price when it was on their app! I’m very disappointed and upset, I spent money on a sandwich I can’t even eat, i love Wendy’s but due to this one, im truly turned off. Management needs to change and the staff needs to be better trained by proper managers, I’ve never commented on a restaurants site before but this was absolutely ridiculous.
