I decided to grab some breakie before heading to school. Went in and waited at the register to be served. I understood that they were busy with drive thru so paid to mind to it and vibed. But after 5 minutes I had still not been acknowledged.
Like I get it, I’m in the food service industry too. The least they could’ve done is just acknowledge my presence and tell me that they’re a little busy and that they’ll be with me shortly. Would’ve made the wait more pleasant.

I guess for next time if you’re busy with crabby clients at drive through (the ppl at drive thru did not seem like pleasant ppl to serve) just a small acknowledgment to the person who waited over 10 minutes to order something would be nice. Just a little “Hi sorry that took so long, thank you for being patient” would’ve been nice.

Probably one of the worst Wendy's out there. No matter the season or time, whenever I come there, I need to wait to be served for at least an eternity. Today took the cake though. Not only I was waiting longer than usual in between orders, but when a guy skipped the line in front of me, the cashier served him as if that's the way it should be. I tried to speak up, but the other customer still got served first. Then their
caisse broke. Clearly, quick and fair service is not one of their values. I left without ordering anything, and this marked my last time at that particular Wendy's.

The cleanliness of the toilets is really scary, people don't respect them, I pity the employees who have to clean it. The service was long due to lack of employees I suppose. The dining room wasn't super clean either, lots of trash left on the tables. Otherwise the food was ok.

Lady at the cash was getting mad at me because she couldn't get the Wendy's app to work (something the store actively promotes using.) She also didn't speak French and clearly had trouble in English as well. She was also being very disrespectful and calling me "him" despite very clearly being a woman.
