Cute Asian-owned coffee shop in the area. Everything was delicious and not too sweet. There's a lot of choice on the menu.

White Heron Coffee
Just stopped in for a brewed coffee, and like most places in Montreal, I don’t know if it’s a Quebec thing, but cream seems to be a bit of a premium—hard to come by! Anyway, the coffee was really nicely done. Well presented, served with a glass of water, and made with care.

I’m in Griffintown, and I guess that explains the touch of high-end polish they bring to even a simple coffee stop. I was just heading to the gym and wanted something quick, but ended up with a genuinely good experience.

This place is a weird one. If I had to sum it up in two words I’d say “wasted potential”.

They sell decent beans/brewing gear and the aesthetic is really nice, but it ends up feeling like a facade that falls over pretty quickly. There is absolutely zero atmosphere and neither of the two coffees we were served were dialed in for their tasting notes.

This place honestly feels like a second wave coffee shop masquerading as a third.

The coffee here is absolutely delicious!! They use a really nice blend and the iced latte and iced matcha are 10/10! Lots of space to sit . Nice and quiet in the morning, busy in the afternoon but service is quick and the staff are friendly .

Ordered the Strawberry Shortcake online - BIG fan of this cake. It's so delicious, so airy, so light. It's not too sweet, which I love.

The cake is so moist and has a delicious flavour. The strawberries are SO fresh tasting.

The packaging and aesthetic is to die for. Worth every penny.

The staff is also very lovely, friendly and accommodating. We loved this birthday cake! Thank you White Heron Coffee!

i rlly loved the matcha here— prolly the best i’ve ever had, and this place’s ambiance is rllyy good i loved it. i just hope it was a lil closer to the metro, but overall i rlly liked this cafe!!

What a bright, clean café. The Japanese staff were quiet and polite, preparing everything fresh. The cakes are light, delicate, and not overly sweet.

Very sleek cafe. The coffee and chai are good. The chai is actually spicy. Its an ok place to work but no visible chargers and the seating isn't the most comfortable. I think the place is best for hangouts or chats and coffee. Staff is very nice and there is wifi.

Cute cafe with nice vibes! We tried the regular, the sakura and the ichigo matcha (strawberry) and we all decided that the ichigo was the best!
