waited 30 minutes for 2 bowls there was 1 couple , the dude who served us was rude and seemed rushed to get us over with ,just super awkward overall
This is a place that looks simple when you enter but offers amazing food. Their menu is simple and everything is handmade. You do need to wait a bit since every dish is made to order. It’s worth it. We contemplated going back just an hour after to have some again.

I was skeptical to try this place but I was pleasantly surprised! Got the pork Shanghai dumplings and it was very tasty and flavorful. It takes a bit for the food to come out but well worth it!
Menu is not extensive - they have like 4-5 dishes from what I can tell. It’s also in Chinese so I have no idea what it says other than looking at the pics. I got the schezuan wonton sesame and the dumpling (meat/sticky rice) - both were delicious!! I didn’t even need any dippings. Cheap too. Downside is it took forever to get these two orders. And there was only me (!) in there.

Came at 8:43AM when they open, got there and they weren’t open. why say “opens at 8:30AM” and not be open, really pissed me off. Got really exited for some wontons, I’m sure they’re great. I’d just like for them to be honest about the time they open so I don’t have to waste my time. I know I’m being a sassy lil man child, I just got really exited for this.
Must try!!! The food is authentic, delicious and very affordable. A long wait time for food preparation but it’s definitely worth the wait.
Tiny hidden gem. Extremely authentic and delicious chinese restaurant, they have a small menu but everything is really good

I lived in China for 1.5 years and coming to this place threw me back there. This place is so genuine, and its flavors beat every pretentious competitor out there. Give this lovely couple a chance to take care of your palate. I had the Shanghai original spicy soup - tasty, comforting, and authentic. Great quality and quantity for the price. If you're super hungry, get a couple of items from the menu. It's still gonna be very cheap.
Oh, and the Chinese music is the ultimate touch.
Wow. You will probably have to wait cause this place is a one man show, but it is WORTH the wait!!
Don’t let the appearance throw you. Def try it.
Only customer in the place. 30 minutes for a bowl of wontons
I don't what wonton is but best one I had (Shanghai classic teriyaki)
The soup is delicious, and the chef want to redo the wonton I ordered because it is a little overcooked, but I’m fine with it, so the chef give us five dollars discount. Such a nice experience.
