Very rich & flavourful milk tea + great bubbles. However since the bubbles are served hot, they make the drink warm really fast. If you get your drink cold it only comes lukewarm and there’s not enough ice for it to become cold.

It’s good when it’s not the owners who are making your drinks. I made a mistake and cannot have dairy, when I voice my concern and even said I wanted to pay for the extra milk, they kept saying that since the milk tea is already made, they’d have to throw that one, as if to say that I would have to pay for another drink entirely… I get money doesn’t come by easy, but it was an honest mistake… how stingy can you be to not even remake a drink for a customer when 85% of the population is lactose intolerant… Lesson learned, I will not step in the store on a quiet Monday afternoon when it’s just the 2 owners working…. The stinginess was astounding…

I had my worst bubble tea experience here on last weekend. I got a brown sugar pearl milk tea. Apparently, the pearl is not fresh at all. The pearl have been soaked and the taste is so bad. Also, the milk tea doesn’t taste good. And this drink cost me $10.90. So if you want something fresh and tasty, I don’t recommend you to walk in to this store. Try to avoid it.

This place is never opened as advertised. The amount of times I'll try to pass by and realize they're closed only once I get there is so frustrating. I'm moving on to other boba places.

I don't know why this bubble tea place in Taiwan insists on hiring a gang of employees who speak bad French, bad English, and who don't even know how to speak Mandarin. These employees, it's not always quick, after taking the customers' order, chat casually among themselves. This type of shop should definitely disappear from Quebec, and from Canada in general.

The best boba in Montreal. I recommend it to all my friends. The bubbles are just perfect and it’s really satisfying. I am very happy to support a business that is proudly Taiwanese and offers good service in French.

I had a bad experience more than once. I wanted to drink a cup of hot milk tea in the winter and ordered it in a store, but the lady boss told me that I couldn’t make it. Then I went to Uber to see if it was available. I ordered a cup of milk tea on Uber and they could make it. This is What are you doing? Another time I ordered a cup of hot milk tea and they told me I would have to pay extra. You all have the same price on Uber, so I have to pay extra when I order it? ? I don’t know if any other Asians feel that they are discriminated against by the landlady every time they go to their store, even though the landlady also has an Asian face. It’s really outrageous. You are talking about malicious negative reviews, but you don’t know how to treat your customers, do you? You have no problem yourself and others are too lazy to pay attention to you. I give you 1 star because the minimum I can give you is 1 star.

I wish I can give 0 stars because this store served the worst bubble tea. Their brown sugar milk tea was all milk nothing else and the milk was spoiled as it tasted sour. The honey dew tea was equally bland and tasted like water. We paid $16 for 2 drinks so we expected it to be good but we had a bad experience. They used to serve really good boba but now the taste and quality declined badly. Also the place was dirty with napkins and straws on the table. The service was also bad the cashier was not enthusiastic. As someone who loves boba, I will NOT RECOMMEND this place AT ALL. Very disappointed as this place used to be the best in Montreal.

This place never has ice cream. We gave them multiple tries. We came a week later and the machine is still down. We came the other week and still no ice cream and we gave them a last try and it is still broken. The cashier men was very rude about it. And there’s no sign to say that the famous ice cream drink that people come there for is not available. Is it false advertisement?

Definitely one of my favourite bubble tea places! Their pearls are a great texture, and I love their soy milk as well. I usually get their signature drink - the brown sugar milk with pearls (and I ask for soy milk) - and it is so good. They usually put real milk foam on top of it but both times have asked me if that is okay beforehand (because I asked for soy milk). I also tried their taro milk drink with pearls which was also really good. I will be back!

*RUDE MANAGER BAD BBT* Let me preface this review by saying I've come here many times and gotten my fav bbt and yesterday I came in and decided to try something new, the earl Grey brown sugar Boba. It was awful clearly something had gone wrong with the brewing process and it was bitter and undrinkable. I politely informed the staff who then directed me to the manager. What then happened was one of the most unprofessional exchanges I've ever had with a manager. She was immediately hostile and accusatory. "what's wrong with it?" She kept shouting at me, and interrupting me as I was trying to explain that it was bitter. I then said I was giving feedback and her reply was "we make this tea fresh today there's nothing wrong. No exchange. No refund"Generally I would hope that a business would want to hear customer feedback about their product. She made me feel like I was trying to get a free drink or scam her business. When I told her I come here often and I love her bubbletea she said "I've never seen you before, I know my regulars you aren't one of them"I'm not sure what point she was trying to make other than to be rude. She then tore open my bubbletea and added a ton of sugar syrup. It turns out there is a sign taped that says no refunds or exchanges and if I'm being honest that just means I am not the first person to walk away with an awful tasting bubbletea and a rude exchange with the manager.I will not be coming again.
