Ye Olde Orchard Pub and Grill

We picked this place as it showed close to our hotel in Montreal. The second we walked in we should have turned around and left. It is a dark, sticky, bar. The reason I am rating this so low is because I got sick from eating the food (fish and chips). I saw the waiter bringing it to some other people and it looked good so I ordered it. What I got was one HUGE piece of fish battered and fried. The outside parts were OK and flaky and cooked, but the huge middle of the big piece of fried fish looked all mushy, so I stopped eating it. But the damage was done and I was running to the bathroom all night AND I had an early flight the next morning. Another of our party was feeling ill the next day as well. There are so many really great restaurants in the area, but of course, much more expensive. The waiter was really great though. You get what you pay for this place is really cheap in price, but I would not recommend.

Jordan is an exceptional worker! Keep up the good work he was awesome to spend the afternoon with . Very knowledgeable about our questions and very friendly with guests . I would highly recommend this place

Good service and friendly but very quiet at 8pm on a Tuesday. Ordered fish and chips. Bearly passable. Not an enjoyable meal.

Beautiful and welcoming experience as ALWAYS, never had such a great experience with any bar.
J.F, Kellen and Danika give the most comforting and heart warming experience I could ask for. I walk in and I feel like family, the bartenders dont feel like someone I get a drink from, they feel like a close friend offering me a beer. Give a visit to Old Orchard, I swear you wont regret it.
