YiaYia Eleni is by far my favourite place for Greek food in Montreal! Their pitas have a few fries inside like an authentic sandwich would have in Greece and the menu selection is so good I could order something new everyday and never get sick of it!

The chicken is marinated and grilled fresh every day making it perfect for a salad or a sandwich or a bowl. And being in Le Central means it’s the perfect downtown location to come with friends to hang out or before a show in the Quartier des Spectacles!

The staff at YiaYia Eleni are wheat makes the experience so great though. Everyone is very friendly and easygoing, I absolutely recommend!!

Absolutely disgusted at what I was served and sold and after wanting a refund and wanting to change my order I was refused. First they try to upsell a combo just to charge you $10 for fries that are overdone and too salty and when I wanted to change my order, a few minutes after ordering, I was refused and told the fries were already dunked in the oil. Then about 15 minutes later the man cooking the food left and came back after five minutes with frozen pitas he just brought from the freezer and put them straight on the grill. while he and the cashier flip them around quickly, she also threw some chicken and flipped it around quickly, and when I took a bite, it was the most horribly disgusting thing I ever tasted. The bread was mush like Play-Doh. The chicken was stringy and almost raw, the tzatziki was not even yogurt. I don’t know what it was, but I rarely put food down especially when I’m starving and I couldn’t take another bite. When I asked for a refund I was refused and given the managers number to call tomorrow which I did and no one answered. I think I got food poisoning because I was so unwell the next day and had pain all over my body and nausea. Something is still clogged in my intestines, probably the Play-Doh bread. I can’t believe I spent $22 on such garbage. I will review this restaurant until they go out of business.

We just had dinner here, I think it was like 11:00 and almost everything was closed. Thank goodness for le central!

We ordered a chicken pita. We tried to get the pork but they were sold out. The chicken was delicious though so sucks for no one! The pita was really soft and delicious, and they add refreshing tzatziki sauce. They also put a generous helping of onions. I hate it when places only put like three slices. I WANT ONION!!! And the fries were seasoned with some incredible delicious seasoning. Honestly we should have ordered a side of fries they were so good. Plus they had a delicious cherry juice as a beverage. This place is so good and I love the vibe of le central.

Ordered via Uber Eats. About $25 of food was missing. Reported immediately but Uber said it wasn't eligible for a refund. No contact phone number on website or business listing on Google. No response via email. So wouldn't recommend, and won't be ordering again. Waste of money.

Nice service, had a pita with sovlaki. It was not the best I have had but the taste is good and fresh and that was exactly what I needed this evening

This restaurant doesn't exist anymore. Maybe it did, but not anymore. I turned around like a headless chicken to find it aaand nothing.
