I love their menu selection and how varied it is. Their mango sago drinks is particularly exotic and yummy! They also have a perfectly central location downtown - it is only a few minutes walk from the Guy Concordia metro (green line) and Lucien Lallier metro (orange line). Their downtown location has a few seats available if you want to drink/eat on site. They make egg pancakes too now so those are great to take as dine-in! One thing I'm not a fan of, however, is how sometimes the drinks taste greasy. I'm not sure if it's the quality of milk used (I always go with the default regular milk) or perhaps something else but I've had a few drinks (pearl tea etc) that tasted greasy - it kind of ruins the taste of the whole drink because you feel like there is a coating left after taking each sip. Quite unpleasant.

→ I got Yifang fruit tea and my bf got brown sugar pearl matcha latte. Yifang fruit tea was so satisfying and refreshing. However, brown sugar pearl matcha latte was just average. It was a bit bland with small tapioca pearls. The place was well decorated and very clean. The staff was nice and friendly. For me, Yifang was 4/5. ??→ They offer 10% discount for students, so don't forget to bring your student ID cards. ?

Very disappointed honestly. I had bubble milk tea. The consistency was too watery, and the flavor was just not good. I don’t know if it was diluted, but it seemed like it. I had to force myself to finish it, and it was not a good experience. I would blame it on my menu choice, but I just ordered the standard milk tea. ?

Since I live quite close to YiFang, i always enjoy grabbing a drink there! Their pearls are so soft and slightly chewy, and the menu has so many options!! I don’t know if i’m their #1 customer, but they’re definitely my favourite bubble tea store!!What I like about the place is how calm and cozy it is. I’ve studied there for an hour or so, with some pancakes (in the shape of their cup!!) at their tables. The seating area is away from the counter and entrance, so it feels more private. I’d definitely recommend grabbing a drink with a friend and chatting there. It’s also really close to Concordia University (Guy-Concordia metro), so if you’re a student, it’s definitely a good treat after class/studying.If you’re taking out, on busier days they give you a beep/buzzer to call you up, but when there are a few people, the wait time isn’t long at all! I personally have never experienced a really long wait time.Their loyalty card made me realise how often i visit! In the summer i’d go at least once a week, and it feels really good to get a discount and a free drink! After 5 purchases you receive a 10% discount on your next drink, and after 10 purchases you receive 1 free large fruit tea (their signature drink)!!!In terms of price i don’t think it’s drastically more expensive than other places, ranging from around $5-8. The basic teas being around the $5-6 range, the sugar cane and mango drinks being around $8, i think it’s very reasonable and something that I like treating myself with. I also enjoy their winter menu, or the hot variations of the normal drinks, to warm myself up!

Delicious hot ginger oat milk bubble tea! So many options and love the freshness of the bubbles. They have options for various milks, soy, oat and lactose-free. I’ve had hot and cold drinks from here and they NEVER disappoint !
