Well, you lost business tonight.
I drove to your store to get a bubble tea and you have a big poster on the left door says, "New Product Launch - Black Sesame Milk."
I went in and order exactly that!

Well, screw you, you lost a customer. It's good business practice to either have a launch date shown or don't put up the promotional poster until you have the product on sale. Business 101.

Don't go there if you speak French. I wanted to order in French and the employee got angry with me because I didn't understand what she was saying. The worst part is that I speak English well, but my social anxiety meant that I didn't understand what she said to me. I did not feel extremely uncomfortable during this interaction (eye rolling, voice raising, insistent sigh). I have seen several other comments regarding French-speaking customers who do not appreciate their experience , so this seems to be a recurring problem. Otherwise the bubble tea was good... But I won't go back.
