We told 2 times we wanted 10 spring rolls, they charged us for 4, then they made 6 other for free, but they were still frozen, not 1 or 2, but all, we couldn't eat them.

I have been to this restaurant while visiting. We didn't understand the official language of Qc. When I asked nicely to be served in my language, they called me a racist and they called security.
