I had an unfortunate experience with a last-minute reservation cancellation. The hostess claimed she called me shortly after to inform me, but I never received that call. What bothered me the most wasn’t just the cancellation itself, but the unprofessional attitude I was met with after I left an honest review about the service. My feedback was not taken seriously, and I felt dismissed in a disrespectful way. I expected a higher level of professionalism and accountability.

I came here once in 2023 and really enjoyed it, however, we recently came here last week as a group of 4 to celebrate my birthday. They don’t accept cakes anymore, and won’t even let you in if you bring your own cake even if we didn’t know. Not only that we waited 2 hours to get our food but their food is also extremely overpriced yet super below average. I had the king salmon tartare, and the salmon wasn’t fresh, the portions are also extremely small. The drinks are also overpriced and watered down. Our waitress was nice but she forgot to bring our drinks at the end. The bouncers are rude. Overall this place is very disappointing and not worth it anymore. Things really went downhill.

I had made a reservation for guest list during bottle services; it was specified guets list - free and NOT bottle service when I reserved (yes, I know the difference). I received a confirmation email. The night of our reservation we arrive and say we have to buy a bottle. We were ready to do it because we were out celebrating a birthday. When we come to pay the bottle they want to force 18% tip? By the time my friend made a decision 9which mind you was maybe 30 seconds), the bar tender takes the paypass machine away? So we could never get in the club despite the reservation and we had to pay coat check for nothing and waited in line 30 minutes to get our coat back after all this. We were very disappointed because we were super excited to try this place. I understand clubs sometimes have special nights but it could have been way clearer on the website and they could have not confirmed by email if it was not possible to have a regular guestlist that night? The ambiance look fun tho we were really sad we couldn't stay. Really rude staff at every step even if we stayed polite all along and were ready to just do whatever they said? It's not very fun or nice to be treated like that when you are out for fun

The portions are small and overpriced—while the food was good, I don’t think it’s good value for money for the customer. It’s very expensive, and you’re still hungry after your meal—we ended up eating elsewhere afterward. Unfortunately, I don’t recommend it!
Like some other reviews I've noticed, we too experienced haughty behavior from our servers, because we weren't ordering enough dishes (we were a group of 5). Portions are small and overpriced. It was good, but it's not good value for money in my opinion for the customer. It's very expensive and you're still hungry after the party. We went to eat elsewhere afterwards. I unfortunately do not recommend!

We had a great time celebrating my friends birthday. Food and cocktails were good, service by our waitress Kayla was excellent. She had lots of helpful suggestions and made our experience terrific. My glass never went without water. It's a more mature crowd, great for 30s plus.

I liked that people were respectful and wanted to have fun, but the crowd was old, the drinks were expensive and the service was okay. It’s prestigious, not crazy in terms of atmosphere. ($200, just for drinks, as one person.)

If I could give 0 star I would. one of your employee had an absolute meltdown when we parked in front of your establishment because he told us it was reserved for a friend of his. He then, when to the doorman, has another meltdown and refused us the access to the club. This is despicable behaviour and I will never come back. My friends and I were there for a bachelorette party and we were treated like trash because we took a public parking space with a parking meter.
