The service was absolutely unacceptable. Our reservation was for 9 PM. We were a group of 12 people.The waiters decided to serve us late, we were still sitting waiting for our dessert at 11pm because that’s how long dinner took. This was not an issue for us, but it was definitely an issue for the rest of the staff. At 11;30, because the restaurant needed the table to start preparing for bottle service they started rushing us, started taking the tables away while we are still sitting down waiting for dessert in which we said we didnt even have dessert yet, and asked them to please put it back, then again while were waiting for the waiter to pay our bills. Rushing us, telling us they “really need the table” - well we “really need our bills” to be able to leave. How is it our fault? Whilewaiting for our bille, the bus boy is toppling over us trying to clear the table, emptying the bin like an animal over our heads, he dropped soy sauce on one of us, apologized with a free drink that ended up not being free. The charge was on her bill. Unnaceptable.I understand that as a business, you operate a certain way and at a specifictime, the club needs to be preppd and you need the table, that part is understandable. What is unnaceptable is that you do not rush your paying customers (that may I mention are giving you more money by default due to a set up group menu) because you need the table and you were late. If this is the case, you need to plan better with your staff and kitchen and not blame your guests. Poorly done.Aside from this, When making the reservation, I spoke to two different women on two diffrent occqsions about bottle service, what that looks like and what the minimum spend is, and in the restaurant, the woman assisting us had a completely different thing to say, and said that what I was told was not true, basically calling me a liar. I wouldn't lie. The price on the phone was based on the amount of people ordering bottles and we were not a group of 12 ordering bottles. We were a group of four.After many attempts at expressing our disappointment to her and our waiter, the woman assisiting us offered us a round of free shots to appologize for the service in which she never returned with them. When we asked another woman working who was aware or the situation, she brought us only 4 free shots. I told her that we are 12, what are we supposed to do with 4 shots, she argued and then said she’ll take care of it, also never came back. A whole business operation and full far and you couldn’t even provide 12 people with one round of free shots. It’s a little bit embarrassing if you ask me.I chose this restaurant at an attempt of planning a perfect bachelorette party for my best friend and it was embarrassing to have had this happen and be the one to have planned it. I am really disappointed in Yoko Luna and the service, for the amount of money spent from our group, the service was not up to par, I would not recommend dinner nor would any of us return for dinner

Went to YOKO Luna tonight. First off, the service was awful. There was a lack of etiquette and the waiter felt very cold. The atmosphere was very nice, quite loud music. The braised beef was pretty good but not fantastic. Lastly, they brought us the bill without even asking AND didn’t ask if we would like dessert first!! I thought this was extremely classless and really will not be coming back.

Going to Yoko Luna was a whole culinary experience. I highly suggest the tuna rolls, it’s really a whole other level of sushi. Also I didnt know prior but the menu is a mix of peruvian and japanese cuisine, so you can imagine everything was super tasty. Our waiter Kamal was super attentive and made us feel super comfortable, he basically suggested all our meals which was: Bass fish, quesadilla & ribs as entrees. And the pulpo & beef as course meals. The restaurant also turns into a club if you make a reservation after 8pm. I will surely be back for another date !!!!

The decor here was cool, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. Alcohol is insanely priced, the place is organized in such a way that it makes dances pretty difficult, the male servers would scream at you to get you out of the way, and the crowd was mostly composed of those bro-y, gorilla chest out type of guys. The place just felt like the owner only cares about making money.

The place is impressive and magnificent! The service is okay. We loved our maki rolls and our veggie tempura starter. We went there in the early evening around 6 p.m. when the restaurant is less busy and the music is less loud. Great discovery!
