Yum Yum Soupe Dumpling

In town on business and was just looking for something different. Came across this place on Google search. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The absolute best dumplings we have had across the country. Great service by the owner - everything we tried was delicious and fresh. Such a large selection. Absolutely going back next time we are in town so we can try the rest of the menu! Yum Yum indeed! Check this place out!

Best soup dumplings in Montreal. Chicken/Curry is a must and so is the pork/cabbage. They're really all good but those are our favorites. They also have a good staple of Chinese dishes that are worth trying.

What a find! Delicious food, great service, reasonable prices, definitely a must try! We love the seaweed salad to start along with the cucumber salad (pssst! we mix the sauce from the cucumber salad into our dipping bowls when we are done). We've tried various types of their soup dumplings and we enjoyed all of them but we were particularly impressed with the beef curry. Yum Yum, without a doubt, is worthy of its name!

Stumbled upon this cute little shop on our adventure through montreal and so glad we did! Such good soup dumplings and noodles! Service was so courteous and welcoming. Such a cute spot to warm the heart..and belly!

EXCELLENT! This place has the best soup dumplings! the lamb and chive is stellar!
The entree soups are also excellent, and the rolls are delicious. I’m definitely coming back

Best Dumplings and Noodles in Montreal

We came here by chance, and I must say that it is without a doubt the best place to enjoy dumplings in Montreal. dumplings. They are homemade, and you can feel it in every bite. The dough is perfectly thin and tender, yet firm, and the filling is generous, juicy and incredibly tasty. We had Lamb and coriander and chicken curry. We also had chicken noodles and it was excellent!

To top it off, the portions are generous and the prices very reasonable for the quality. If you're looking for the best dumplings and noodles in Montreal, it's absolutely unbeatable. A five-star experience from start to finish!

My daughter and I went there last night after exploring Montreal on foot. Both of us love soup dumplings and we decided to go to Yum Yum after reading some of the positive reviews. It’s a quaint family restaurant with just a few tables and a light, pleasant atmosphere. As we found out during out stay, the wife manages the open kitchen with support staff, forming fresh dumplings non stop, while the husband manages the guests in a very friendly manner and a level of efficiency and attentiveness I have seldom encountered in other restaurants in general. Upon our arrival, the restaurant was full and we decided to wait for what was to be around 30 minutes. During that time several more people arrived who were told that it would be about 1hr. Over the couple of hours we stayed there, we noticed all of them returning at some point. The menu is extensive, with the entire left page dedicated to soup dumplings. Wow. We ended up trying four different varieties - pork/shrimp/chives, pork/shrimp/mushrooms, chicken/coriander and pork/cabbage. In subtly different ways they were all absolutely delicious. The broth was mild but tasty and their homemade chili crunch oil is an excellent condiment to our taste. We observed other patrons being served a variety of other dishes that looked scrumptious but these comments apply solely to the soup dumplings. My daughter and I agreed that they were among the very best we’ve eaten anywhere and that our visit to Yum Yum was the first of many to follow.

Very nice little restaurant, which we found while walking around. The gentleman is dynamic and efficient. The food is delicious (beef noodles & chicken mushroom dumpling) unfortunately I don't have a photo because we were relaxed and impressed by the small place, the gentleman and the customers who kept coming and going. A very nice surprise. I recommend you try it if you pass through Montreal!

Biased opinion here : YumYum is yummy. We had it all from this place and everything is amazing. The dumplings, the friendliness, the various foods. My partner and I order so much from it that we get spotted on the phone right away.
