I tried this restaurant a while ago, and the experience sticks in my memory because as a true food enthusiast, I never forget a taste. I enjoyed it, but not enough to return.

Generic millennial burger place. You overpay for basic burgers that are worth $5 at best. Fries are separate, and of course you can pay $3 more for "truffle" fries. These places always have a truffle option.

They don’t understand simple language, always messing up the orders and getting them WRONG because of their poor English and poor French. They can’t read English or French.
It’s even hard to communicate with them because they don’t under English or French.
Their food is horrible. They serve the poutine uncooked. They always mess up people’s orders.
I spent $70, they messed up my ENTIRE order and stole my money. Thieves.

Really wanted to like this place. Was hoping that it could fill my Shake Shack void, alas it was not meant to be.
The burger patty was fairly flavourful with a good amount of seasoning but it was way too oily. The grease kept on coming and made the bread pretty soggy. The edges on the patty were not crispy at all.
The cheese fries was also a let down. The fries themselves were not bad but the cheese sauce was really off, tasted kind of powdery. Would recommend avoiding this and just getting the regular fries.
First time visiting Montreal to attend a conference. Staying at Sonder and these folks being pretty much next door, decided to try their burger. Got the simple cheese burger with jalapenos and onions. Juicy and tasty meat patty with a nice soft bun. Melt in your mouth. Regretted not getting a double. Might feel a bit low on portion size but worth it. Definitely recommend.

strolling around the area looking for Halal option and noticed this gem
Got the Yumi double, poutine + extra yumi sauce
The bun was soft and complemented the beef patty and poutine was already great.
