This is an ok place for dessert but awful place for working environment.

Please read until the end. This is my 3rd time visiting this place.
Each time it's going downhill in quality.
I will stop going there

I rate the point from 1-5
1 is ok 5 is excellent.

Dessert : Matcha Crape: 3.5/5
It's ok, a bit too dry. I assumed it had been in the fridge too long. So nothing impressed.

Jelly Herb hot dessert: 3/5
I ordered hot it was not hot at all.
The taste was just ordinary.
Nothing special.

The toilet is ok : acceptable for the cleanliness.

The Ambience is totally off : Today 12 Feb 2025 we were inside the dining area, it was cold, we had to put our winter jackets on while having the desserts.
The floor is dirty. Way too dirty, we understand it's winter but unacceptable.

The worse is :
I saw 2 kitchen workers inside the kitchen wore winter boots and winter jackets on while working in the kitchen because it was cold during the daytime at 1.30 pm imagine ?
I was waiting to use washroom, I was cold.

I don't feel good to support the business that can't even keep the employees warm in the working environment in winter.
This is awful.
The owner cannot be so cheap in the way of treating employees like this.

Very disappointed because quality has lowered so much. Im a regular customer here. Today I came here and it was a really bad experience. I took the mango sago which was hotter than room temperature. Usually it’s cold and fresh. We also took the mango bingsoo and it wasn’t as usually. The chunks were huge and some mango pieces were black, it wasn’t fresh. Lastly we took the nutella waffle which we took before and loved. But this time they barely put any nutella and made it soo small

HORRIBLE SERVICE, and I mean literally horrible staff full of racists. Not to mention the waiting of 20 minutes for a drink that wasn't even right. The girl had the whole order wrong. When my friend tried to check if the cup on the counter was her order , the asian girl literally snatched it out of her hands, saying that it's not her order. What kind of unprofessional assumptious behavior where you assume that my friend would steal the drink??? YOUR STAFF ARE FULL OF RACISTS WHO DONT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK RESPECTFULLY TO THEIR CLIENTS. 0/5. If I could, I give them 0 stars out of 5. The manager should hire appropriate staff and not a bunch of racists.

Omg it was our first time trying Bingsoo and it’s friggin awesome!! We fell in love. Cute little place, looks like it’s family-run, and they have quite a wide selection of korean desserts and bubble teas. Their Mango Bingsoo was recommended to us and we are so glad to have discovered it! Can’t wait to introduce it to the kids. We also decided to try the chocolate waffles which turned out to be a little underwhelming compared to the bingsoo, but overall, I can’t wait to come back here again!

We took a mango bingsoo and tiramisu crepe cake. The bingsoo lacked a lot of mangos, there was just a layer at the top and at the bottom and the rest was ice which was deceiving but it was not bad. It was around 18$ for a large bowl and the bowl was not that large. The cake was really airy, good and not too sweet and was around 9$ but the part we got was really small. I think it’s too expensive for the quantity and quality that we got. For the service, we didn’t have to wait for long but we have to find a sit ourselves and sometimes the tables are not cleaned fast enough. The place was really small.
