Strawberries was ok!

Of all the places ive rated as a top mtl contributor, this place is my go to for late night drives for bubbletea. So good, as presotea always is, plus they have cool Korean desserts i dont find elsewhere often. Highly recommend.

My go to spot for Bingsu in Montreal. All the flavors are good but you can’t go wrong with Mango.

Worst experience I’ve had here on Dec 10th, 2025.

The receptionist was extremely rude. The restaurant was completely empty during my visit, so it wasn’t a matter of being busy. She didn’t greet me, didn’t respond when I said hello, and showed zero communication or friendliness. She had to hand me my food like I forced her to do so. No utensils were provided, and she didn’t ask whether I needed any either.

This is the first time in seven years of dropping by that I’ve ever felt the need to give this place a two-star review. I’m very disappointed with the service today. Good luck maintaining your business with this kind of attitude.

Great ice cream with lots of delicious choices. The quality is worth it, but the wait can be long and the shop feels very cramped. Still a nice treat if you don’t mind the crowd.

Terrible attitude of the cashiers. I ordered a small bingsu but the server served me a regular one and they asked me to pay the difference while it was their fault. When I came to the front to pay, the cashiers gave me the attitude look like I sneaked into their kitchen and stole the large one and brought to my table or something. Never come back. Btw there was nothing special about the food. We ordered 3 dishes but they were just so so.

i come here pretty often and never had a problem with the service, however, yesterday night my bf asked for a cup of water since we ordered food and got thirsty but the cashier with black hair declined. I was surprised as we've always been offered water in the past in little cups so i told him to go ask again since maybe they misunderstood. she declines again and i overhear her speaking in mandarin wirh another coworker laughing and making fun about his request for water. i later confronted them asking why they declined and she said she didn’t understand and didn’t know they offered water to customers which was such a lie

just a very charming place. everything i tried till now is just so delicious. love the details and presentation of their plates and their kogo hot-dog? to die for! 😋 the best kogo i ever tried in mtl.

Second time ordering here! Very cozy and the desserts are so good!

Change ur attitude

The worst dessert I have had in Montreal yet. The mango mousse cake was just full of artificial flavor and coloring, didn't taste like mango at all. And it was way too sweet. I thought I wouldn't have bad dessert here in Montreal since the food scene here is so competitive. The gelatin layer is way too orange to represent mango. I had 2 bites of the cake and throw it away, wouldn't want to put all that toxins from artificial flavor and color in my body. To be honest, I don't think there is any mango in this cake. I wouldn't come back here again for dessert neither recommending it.

Bubble tea was pretty good

Best bingsu i have ever had. My favorite bingsu and bubble tea place from now on. Can’t get enough of mango and strawberry bingsu. Must visit place for 100%. You would never regret it.
