The most charming cozy Deli with the most charming lovely lady at the counter, Angel who makes you feel right at home, all the while having the atmosphere and character that makes you feel like you're right in Kiev at the same time, I had the special of the day which was smoked meat and Hungarian sausage with cheese, a delicious charming bite perfect for any students or worker from the areas lunch break with a nice big slice of delicious homemade peach cheesecake that made me understand why the lady at the counter's name is Angel because everything I had from here brought me a little closer to heaven. Would recommend to anyone who has the chance to go and support a local family institution that's been going strong for over half a century! Slava!

I went here on a trip to Montreal 3 months ago and me and my friends have not been able to stop thinking about their sandwiches. Also, it made me so happy as a Ukrainian being there! The best place.
Lovely neighborhood delli! Authentic and charming with such a friendly owner! The smoked meat sandwich is one of the best ever tried! There is a wide range of Ukrainian delights not to be missed. Will be back again!

The smoked meat tasted decent but lacked the tender, melt-in-your-mouth quality I was hoping for; instead, it felt chewy and reminded me of a hot dog, which was disappointing. The bread was slightly dry, failing to enhance the sandwich experience. While the deli offers a respectable selection, it doesn't compare to the renowned Schwartz’s, which clearly remains the gold standard in the local deli scene.
