Really very dirty, the toilets are horrible, making you wonder if they were cleaned once during the day.It's the same for the dining room, the floor is dirty, the trash cans are full, it's overflowing, the liquid is leaking onto the floor and the employees don't seem to care at all.I know there is a shortage of staff but there is still a minimum of maintenance to maintain in a restaurant

A big joke, a manager who doesn't know how to count insults his customers and calls the police who confirm that he is trying to defraud you. So he has to reimburse you and shut his big mouth. I would really like to see if you would have insulted my wife if I was next to her.???I will come and have a coffee one of these 4 to teach you respect

I try to be nice and positive but mosus he only had one customer in front of me at the drive-thru and he ordered a wrap and a coffee and it took 10 minutes before my turn and the worst thing is that I ordered an order of toast just with butter a medium coffee and a 10 Timbits mix so not very complicated but mosus he gave me 2 slices of warm white bread not even toasting and a warm coffee. come on please I'm trying to encourage you but sorry this will be my last visit.

During the week the service is very good, however on the weekend it leaves something to be desired, we have difficulty getting our receipts and ingredients are always missing.

Ordered a extra large coffee and a bagel with creme cheese double toasted on the app. I waited and waited till around 20 minutes later I managed to get someone's attention and enquired about my order. I showed him my order from the email and I'm pretty sure he felt I was scamming him. They looked and couldn't find the order so they just gave it to me on trust. Coffee was fine but the bagel a different matter. I did order double toasted but that doesn't mean I wanted it practically cremated and also the toasting is usually directed to the inside of the bagel. I did eat it but wish I hadn't. I have a feeling it was deliberate.
