He’s really not the best Tim in tk! There is no choice. Young people do not have support from management members. Are left to their own devices and are yelled at by the customers. No donuts, always missing something…
I try to be nice and positive but mosus he only had one customer in front of me at the drive-thru and he ordered a wrap and a coffee and it took 10 minutes before my turn and the worst thing is that I ordered an order of toast just with butter a medium coffee and a 10 Timbits mix so not very complicated but mosus he gave me 2 slices of warm white bread not even toasting and a warm coffee. come on please I'm trying to encourage you but sorry this will be my last visit.

Really very dirty, the toilets are horrible, making you wonder if they were cleaned once during the day.It's the same for the dining room, the floor is dirty, the trash cans are full, it's overflowing, the liquid is leaking onto the floor and the employees don't seem to care at all.I know there is a shortage of staff but there is still a minimum of maintenance to maintain in a restaurant
