The food is ordinary...the two salmon tartars contained little salmon, with a very ordinary taste, minimum size. Served with too much bread, a bland salad. The strength of the place is undoubtedly its spot!! Beautiful atmosphere, up-to-date restaurant.
I must also mention that the municipal parking lots used for the restaurant are not lit at all in the evening, making the path to the car very dark🥴

We’ve been to Pilsen with friends twice in the last 6 weeks or so. The ambiance is great, and the service is good. Their tuna tataki plate was excellent. Definitely ordering that again! However, their bavette was a little overcooked both visits. Instead of medium rare, they were medium. Their mud pie was absolutely divine though!
It took a while before they took our orders, but the food came quickly after that. I ordered the burger and absolutely loved it. Rich, big, and full of bacon and sauce, it was really delicious...
