“I visited this restaurant at the end of a family trip to Québec on August 6th. I just googled to find a suitable restaurant in the middle of my drive from Ville de Québec to Plattsburgh, NY. My wife was not very convinced about this restaurant in the heart of a rural area in Québec province UNTIL she tasted the first bite. All of my family, kids and wife, were very pleased in the end. Poutine was by far the best, even better than those of famous restaurants in Montréal. And I and my kids liked the Pizza, which is quite different from those in New York City, but it had an abundant flavor and a lot of hams in it. The staff were kind, in spite of my poor French, and I had no problem in communicating in English with the server who helped us. If you are heading back to NY state after visiting Ville de Québec, I definitely recommend this restaurant.“

“Always good, fresh, grain-raised products. I love their marinated products, for example bbq chicken breasts and bbq tournedos. Their sausages are also very good. The meals are a breeze, a little expensive for my taste. My favorite is meatloaf.“

“I went through a drive-thru today and for some reason I had pickles in my burger club? I already worked in a St-Hubert and they never had a pickle in these burgers. I told myself that maybe that had changed but no. On the St-Hubert site it doesn't mention a pickle in the club burger recipe. Despite this small error the rest of my order was correct and the employee was welcoming“
