When you arrive and the restaurant is very busy, that’s a great sign. In any case, that’s what I’ve witnessed over the years! The meals we ordered were all homemade, including the fries. Super good and very affordable. The return is guaranteed. Well done Saturday team!

Food is fantastic. Menu is bilingual. Staff is friendly. I had the Spaghetti with special meat sauce and my wife had the chicken linguine Alfredo. The food hugs your soul.

This is the first time I've eaten there and I have food poisoning. I will never go back there again!

In addition, I was brought a meal that was not what I had ordered, because it was out of ribs. The food lacked taste, it was bland and the rice was too soft. Customer service was bad. I've seen worse, but it could have been much better. For example, just having water leaks or asking us if the meal is good.

Also, there was no more choice on the dessert menu. However, the sugar tart was delicious.

We walked in and it took about 15 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us. I had to walk to the kitchen and ask them if we sit ourselves or wait. The server was rude and disrespectful. I was the only one in my party who spoke fluent french. The waitress kept looking at me every time she had questions and ignoring everyone else at my table. She also wasn't impressed that I had ordered starters and main meals at the same time since it took us so long to be seated. The food was good and the portions were large. We went to go and pay and the server told me that she wished that I hadn't tiped because then she gets taxed for it and loses more money.

After a long road trip from Toronto, wanted peaceful place to relax and munch. Worst experience ever ... Server was too rude and disrespectful or rather I must say racist ... We stood there for like 10 mins before anyone paid attention and the way of talking was like if we were aliens.... Not a place if you are looking to experience something pleasant

Just arrived in Quebec. After a lengthy road trip we just wanted to sit down to eat in a restaurant. Regardless of not being able to speak French, a patron was able to direct us where a bilingual server came to our table.Pleased to see their menu is bilingual ?

There was a group of 7 of us. The first server was very rude. The server she then send of was kind enough, however I placed my order first. But so how my meal managed to get lost the staff nor management seemed to care. For my first time in Quebec. This was not a pleasant experience.I can say I will never return

Very bad experience today, we are very very regular customers of the restaurant we made a reservation and when sitting down it takes more than 5 minutes to get our coffees and they bring them to us and tell us not to stretch because they have a big reservation...
I don't think I'll go back to this place again.
