We love the bistro and have been visiting Magog for years for skiing. We finally made it during the summer and we are delighted we did. The food, presentation, and service continue to be outstanding. My husband and I both enjoyed the Table d’hote which is a salad/ soup, appetizer, main dish and coffee/tea. My husband loved loved (a lot) the Panna cotta tomatoe salad and cous cous main. If you like cream then the pan a cotta will anppeal to your palate. It is a different spin on the caprese salad. I loved the tuna appetizer, and the mushroom pasta. It is more than I can eat but the leftover pasta is divine . The food here is simply delicious and creative. There is a warm atmosphere at the bistro. If we lived in Magog we would be regulars. You will not be disappointed. Merci.

We had the pleasure of dining at Le Bistro 4 Saisons during a recent anniversary tour of the Eastern Townships. From the moment we entered to the moment we left, it all felt right.
Highlights of the meal included an excellent butternut squash soup, the seafood risotto and a toothsome veal liver. Another highlight was our charismatic server/sommelier, Benoît, who twice thanked us for choosing their restaurant as part of our special weekend. Three cheers for attention to detail 👏
All of this as the sunset over adjacent Mont-Orford. Perfection!

While out for a day in Coaticook I looked for a nice restaurant to have dinner with my wife. while scrolling I cam across Bistro 4 Saisons and I am extremely happy with our choice. Food was excellent, presentation was second to none, service and discussion regarding best wine to accompany dinner was great. All around fantastic experience. My wife and I will be back for certain and spread the word about this gem at the base of Mount Orford.

The food was beautiful, but didn’t have much flavour. Salmon tartar wasn’t tasty at all. Too much fat in every dish. Even though I ordered a lot of greens and vegetables, my stomach felt heavy after these food. Only creme brûlée was tasty. The waitress looked tired and didn’t pay much attention to us.
